VP of Strategic Partnerships

As our VP of Strategic Partnerships, Laura is responsible for overseeing some of our most important relationships in the community and for supporting our care teams in the delivery of exceptional private care. Laura has spent the last 30 years of her career in the healthcare and wellness industry, perpetuating the philosophy of holistic care that has resulted in a deep passion for quality service. She is a Certified Community Health Education Trainer, Co-Founder of Evergreen Private Care and our VP of Strategic Partnerships here at Family Tree. Laura has served on the board of The Partnership for the Baylor College of Medicine, a nonprofit organization based in Houston, TX. She also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Village Health International. Laura actively participates in political events, education in the healthcare community, and empowerment and mentoring for professionals in the industry.

 

Laura’s desire for advocacy and creating a better care experience grew from personal experience when both of her Laura’s desire for advocacy and creating a better care experience grew from personal experience when both of her parents moved in with her during her mother’s serious health battle. After experiencing first-hand the many challenges that families face in this type of situation, she knew she wanted to continue to offer her expertise and passion to improving this industry. She is the busy mother of two amazing children, Makenna and Hayden Wyatt, and has a strong love of the fine arts, gardening, travel and design.
